Job Description
Landscape Irrigation Apprentice
Clear path toward licensed irrigation technician roles
If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and being outdoors… keep reading.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, grow their skills, and build a long-term career.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has some hands-on experience—maybe working on cars, fixing things around the house, or helping on projects. They like figuring out how things work, and don’t mind getting their hands dirty.
They’re coachable, gritty, and dependable. They show up, take pride in their work, and they’re the type of person who wants to get better—not just get through the day. Outside of work, they enjoy things like hunting, fishing, working with tools, or spending time with family. They’re not looking to bounce around—they want something to grow into. Most importantly, they don’t want to feel like “just labor.” They want to learn a skill, be valued, and have a path forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with irrigation system repairs and maintenance
Troubleshooting leaks, pressure issues, and system failures
Working outdoors in various conditions

What We’re Looking For
Shows up every day and takes accountability of work
Willing to work outdoors in all conditions

This Role Is NOT For You If
You struggle with attendance or reliability
You don’t like working outside or getting dirty
You’re just looking for a temporary paycheck
You avoid responsibility or being coached
Why This Is Worth It
You’ll learn a real, valuable trade (not just general labor)
Clear path toward licensed irrigation technician roles
A team that values hard work, accountability, and growth
A company that invests in your future
If you’re the kind of person who likes figuring things out, working with your hands, and building something long-term—we want to talk to you.
Apply today and start building a career, not just a job.
