Landscape/Masonry Team Leader – Make Outdoor Spaces Come to Life!
Do you have a passion for landscaping and stonework? Are you a natural leader who thrives outdoors? Do you like being able to look at a really amazing outdoor project and say, "I did that!"?
We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our award-winning team at Gardens of Babylon! You'll be leading residential and commercial landscape and masonry projects that transform outdoor spaces — all while keeping safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.
What You’ll Do:
Create some of the most incredible outdoor living spaces in Nashville!
Supervise and lead a crew on landscape/hardscape projects
Plan projects to be completed safely, efficiently, and on budget
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Install natural stone, brick, block, outdoor kitchens, fire pits & more!
Load/unload trucks daily and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in hardscape installation. Specializing in outdoor living spaces
Supervisory/crew leadership experience
Valid Driver’s License & insurable on company policy
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Team-player attitude and a willingness to grow
Passion for landscaping and outdoor design
