Landscape Field Supervisor
Residential & Commercial Properties

Gardens of Babylon is hiring a Landscape Field Supervisor to lead field crews, ensure top-quality installations, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support crew members to GOB standards

Oversee landscape installations, punch lists, and warranty work

Perform quality audits and installation follow-ups

Identify enhancement opportunities (commission eligible)

Track project hours, tickets, and receipts accurately

Assist with irrigation and lighting adjustments as needed

Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage at all times

Work closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent client service

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and insurable on company auto policy

Supervisory or leadership experience

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
