Landscape Design Sales Consultant

Green View has been serving Central Illinois since 1955, a family-owned landscape design, installation, and maintenance company with locations across Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and Champaign. Position Overview

We are growing and looking to add a Landscape Design Sales Consultant to drive sales and lead project operations. You will consult with clients, develop proposals, oversee installations, and mentor a dedicated crew, all while delivering the quality and service Green View is known for across Central Illinois.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities and provide clients with expert consultations and project quotes

Oversee daily landscape projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met

Manage project execution from proposal through completion, exceeding customer expectations

Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and productivity

Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained and ready for each job

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

Experience in landscape sales, operations, or a related field

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What Green View Offers

Base salary starting at $60,000 and up to $120,000 with uncapped commission
