People Architects is excited to recruit for a Landscape Construction Salesperson to help drive new business, guide clients from first conversation to signed agreement, and partner with our crews to deliver work we’re proud to put our name on. What you’ll do
You’ll be the connector between opportunity and execution, owning the sales process while staying close to the job.
Prospect daily and build a steady pipeline of landscape construction projects
Visit sites, measure and scope projects, and complete take-offs from drawings
Build and maintain job costing in company data systems
Order materials for sold jobs to stay aligned with estimates
Type agreements, follow up quickly, and keep deals moving forward
Maintain organized client files (notes, sketches, drawings, communication history)
Provide client support including follow-up, solving issues, and collecting payments
Meet weekly with your supervisor to review leads and jobs in progress
Assist with field crew supervision as needed to ensure quality and momentum
Pitch in on special projects and help where needed for the good of the team
What we’re looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, bulbs, and annuals
Ideally experience and interest in general outdoor construction
Strong computer skills and comfort with: LMN, Microsoft Excel, Word
Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to juggle multiple moving parts
A true self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
Someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
