Pay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience) + Project Bonuses! As well as Summer and Year-End Bonuses!

What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3-6 team members to complete outdoor construction projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
Managing daily construction operations on site
Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project layouts
Delegating tasks and monitoring crew performance
Coordinating with Project Manager on scheduling and material needs
Ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety
Operating and maintaining construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
Tracking job progress and documenting work with our app-based system
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership role
Skills: Ability to read plans, install irrigation, install steel edging, and basic welding techniques
Equipment Operation: Comfortable using skid steers, mini-excavators, and power tools
Leadership: Strong ability to train and manage a crew
Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Credentials: Valid driver’s license, clean criminal record, E-Verify compliant
Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
