Landscape Construction Crew Member
La Rosa Landscape is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position offering steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities to develop valuable skills in the landscaping and hardscaping industry.

What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to create high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities include:
Installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas
Preparing jobsites through excavation, grading, and material setup
Working with materials including pavers, natural stone, concrete, and brick
Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment
Assisting the Crew Leader with installation and maintenance projects
Collaborating with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to specification
Maintaining clean, organized jobsites and properly cared-for equipment
Providing professional, courteous customer service while representing La Rosa Landscape
Performing winter snow removal services, including plowing, salting, and sidewalk clearing
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction is preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Reliable transportation to work or job sites
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend work
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
