Green Vine Landscaping, a leading California landscaping company known for exceptional maintenance services, seeks an experienced landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, including the ability to develop accurate landscape project estimates. The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and maintenance operations for accounts valued between $800,000-$1,600,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts with full oversight of customer service, production, and quality control

Conduct monthly site walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify enhancement opportunities

Sell and manage enhancement projects (approximately 25% of contract value)

Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as their primary point of contact

Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery

Prepare professional proposals and bids for enhancement work and new business

Ensure accounts remain profitable and within budget

The Ideal Candidate

Brings 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience with proven account management success

Holds industry certifications (CLP and CLT preferred)

Is bilingual in English and Spanish

Possesses strong computer skills including MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Aspire System knowledge a plus)

Demonstrates excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

Shows initiative, leadership, and a customer-focused mindset

Maintains a valid driver's license and clean record

Associate's degree, preferably in horticulture or related green industry field
