As a Landlord Relationship Manager (f/m/d) at Wunderflats, you will own the relationship with part of the portfolio of the Wunderflats Plus landlords. Drive customer satisfaction, boost loyalty, and elevate Wunderflats' market leadership by maximizing landlord success in our end to end management rentals program, a pivotal role crucial to our continued growth and success.

YOUR MISSION

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with landlords, from onboarding through the entire lifecycle of their listings.

• Monitor occupancy across your portfolio, taking actions to achieve 95%+ occupancy, incl. identifying challenges and proposing solutions to improve performance.

• Take responsibility for the booking and contract signature process, acting as decision-maker and consulting landlords when needed.

• Coordinate operational and administrative tasks, including ordering maintenance, obtaining landlord approvals, calculating deposits, and approving invoices.

• Roll-out our services and solutions to landlords customizing them, when needed, to meet their needs.

• Guide and support Tenant Operations Managers by answering questions, providing clarity, and sharing best practices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Collect first-hand feedback from landlords, analyze it, and translate it into actionable insights for Wunderflats and internal teams.

• Be accountable for the overall performance of a part of the Wunderflats+ portfolio, working with internal stakeholders and landlords to achieve a great rental experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communicator in English and German, both verbally and in writing.

• Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations, including any relevant apprenticeships as well as a track record in end-to-end partner management.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our landlords.

• Possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail especially combined with the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

• Comfortable guiding operational teams, providing clarity, and ensuring high service standards.

• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is advantageous.

• Data-driven and able to use metrics to track portfolio performance and prioritize initiatives.
