Location: Near 23 Mile Rd (between Hayes and Romeo Plank), Michigan

🕒 Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time | First Shift Only

👕 Dress Code: White T-shirt required

Company is hiring for a hands-on Lamination Technician position in our automotive interior manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working on luxury vehicles like the Mercedes Maybach and C167

Requirements:
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Laminating and wrapping interior car parts by hand
• Using heat-ativated adhesive (pre-applied to materials)
• Trimming materials using tools such as scissors and knives
• Maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail
• Standing and working with your hands throughout the shift

Shift Details:

• Standard Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Paid breaks: 10-minute break + 20-minute lunch
• Clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable working environment
• Note: For glue area assignments, shift may start at 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 AM and still run for 8 hours

Requirements:

• Comfortable with standing and manual work
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must wear a white T-shirt on shi
