Lake City Toyota - Express Service Technician

Job Description:  

Maintains vehicle functional condition by reading documented concern, conducting inspections, and performing routine maintenance. Provides service consultant with visual based maintenance needs and documentation to support recommendations. 

Job Responsibilities 

Perform maintenance and repairs on automobiles. 

Repair or replace vehicle parts. 

Maintain a clean, safe working environment. 

Perform thorough multi point inspection and record results. 

Perform video inspection for customer viewing. 

Produce accurate paperwork and documentation to reflect work performed. 

Ensure vehicles are safely transported and positioned on all lift equipment. 

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications. 

Maintains and keeps current on all manufacturer certifications. 

Maintains and keeps current on all compliance certifications. 

Works with the parts and service department to obtain proper estimate. 

Performs quality control of all repairs performed. 

Test drive vehicles to verify concerns.  

Keeps Express shop and Main shop in clean orderly condition which includes trash removal and cleaning. 

Travel required on occasion for training
