We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to lead the implementation of our lab warehousing software in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, defining business processes, and delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in lab warehousing software implementation, problem definition, architecture/design/detalion of processes, and development/configuration/validation/deployment.

Job Description

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• At least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 7 years of experience in LabWare LIMS ( Implementation, Data migration) Skills
• At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Analytical and Communication skills
• project and talent management
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
