Make a real impact 

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Experienced Lawyer to join our labour team in Athens. 

• Be part of the Legal team, focused on labour law and immigration issues 

• Preparation of opinions related to labour law matters and proceedings 

• Carrying out technical research on labour law and immigration legislation and case law 

• Manage client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals, documents and reports 

• Liaising with the Greek labour and immigration authorities 

• Review and/or drafting of legal and contractual documentation 

What you bring matters 

• 5 – 7 years of working experience at a law firm or in a large in-house law department with focus on labour law 

• Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university 

• A postgraduate degree in labour law will be highly regarded 

• Active license to practice law in Greece 

• Excellent command of the English language, strong writing and verbal skills 

• Confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients 

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment 

• Ability of coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects will be highly regarded 

• Prior experience in handling immigration and social security matters will be highly regarded
