For our office in Altea, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Labour Advisor to join our Exactly team.

Main responsibilities
Advising clients on Spanish labour law and employment regulations
Managing employment contracts, amendments, renewals and terminations
Handling payroll related labour matters
Managing social security registrations, deregistration and variations
Corresponding with the TGSS, SEPE, Labora, etc.
Supporting clients in labour inspections and employment related procedures
Responding to client inquiries in clear, professional and practical manner
Job requirements
Proven experience as a Labour Advisor or similar role
Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law and employment regulations
Practical command of A3nom
Experience working with TGSS, Siltra, Labora, Certific@, Contrat@, etc.
Good command of the Spanish and English language, both verbally and in writing
Strong client orientation and excellent communication skills
Proactive, organized and detail-oriented mindset
You are based in or willing to relocate to the Altea area (on-site position)
