Job Title: Laborer
Location: Mountain West
Job Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and other obstacles to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Perform site clean-up duties, ensuring all debris and hazards are removed and the site remains orderly.
Carry out other assignments and tasks as directed by management or supervisors.
Follow instructions from supervisors, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in on-the-job training when necessary.
Performing various physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, structural support, and equipment maintenance.
Ensuring all tasks are completed while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.
Supporting the overall success of construction projects through diligent work and adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs, and working in all weather conditions.
Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Hands-on construction experience such as installing rebar, placing concrete, and operating construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) is a plus.
Punctual, dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Possess the skills to work safely and efficiently and maintain a focus on adhering to company values and strategic goals.
Ability to work in confined spaces, handle overtime, and have reliable transportation.
