Job Description

• Ensure continuous compliance with CNAS, CMA, ILAC, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and external accreditation assessments
• Oversee and continuously improve the laboratory quality management system
• Provide technical leadership, resolve complex technical issues, and support or act as Technical Manager
• Monitor industry standards, regulations, and testing technologies; introduce and validate new methods
• Manage technical complaints, nonconformities, and corrective/preventive actions
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage laboratory staff; ensure competency and performance standards
• Act as the laboratory safety owner, ensuring full HSE compliance
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile, Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or related disciplines, Master’s or PhD preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ laboratory experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong experience in CNAS/CMA‑accredited laboratories preferred
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; good command of English
