· Candidates should have experience working with bioreactors

· Very well organized and has a passion of organizing labs and keeping things clean

· Can help with any kind of cell culture related work

· 1-2 years of experience

· This is a support role

· Experimental set-ups

· Cleaning equipment, glass-washing.

· Set up bio-reactor, glass bio-reactors

· Degree is helpful

· Designs dosage forms for drug products and analyses compounds to determine how they will interact with other agents during manufacturing/formulation of the drug product

· Develops procedures for economical large-scale production of dosage forms in cooperation with the pharmaceutical pilot plant

· Leads a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are often routine

· Spends most of working time performing the same work activities as employees on team

· Solves problems of a recurring nature - Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on the-job experience

· Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor

· Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

· Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications

· Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems
