Meticulous handling of clinical specimens. Perform specimen registration accurately and timely into the Laboratory Information System. Understand clinical and test terminologies. Adhere to procedures in specimen management, including centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal. Possess good time-management skills. May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts, as necessary. Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries from clients in a professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by extending responsive and meticulous support. Attend to clients queries and problems diligently and timely. Ensures the discharge of duties and responsibilities with diligence. Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens.

GCE "N" / "O" Level, NiTEC in Biomedical Science The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience. Able to work independently as well as a team. Good laboratory, organisational and administrative skills. Computer literacy. Service and customer oriented. Relevant work experience in a hospital laboratory is an added advantage.
