• Full HR administration support across all stages of the employee lifecycle: hiring, transfers, terminations, changes in employment conditions, and business trips.
• Preparation of HR certificates, cover letters, and other personnel-related documentation.
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of employee personnel files.
• Participation in the development, implementation, and update of internal policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
• Contribution to HR reporting and analytics.
• Timely input of HR data related to employee changes into HR systems and preparation of reports.
• Support of military records management in compliance with local legislation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and other teams.
• Maintenance of timesheets and working time records.
• Providing HR-related consultations and support to employees.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree 
• Experience in the role of labor relations
• Understanding of local labor law
• High accuracy in work with data and documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - level В1-B2  
• FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience is a plus
• PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, SuccessFactors, 1C
