The San Francisco office is seeking labor and employment litigation associate or staff attorney with 3+ years of experience. We require excellent academic credentials from a top law school, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have L&E experience, although we would consider someone with very strong general litigation experience at a comparable firm. Class action experience is a plus. The firm offers a collegial environment and an excellent opportunity to develop strong litigation skills, including opportunities for deposition, hearing and trial work, and to grow with a national firm.
