• Accept and conduct all testing assignments, issue testing reports, and ensure result accuracy;
• Troubleshoot problems that arise during testing, seeking help from the manager if necessary;
• Maintain the operation of each testing team;
• Involved in the selection and acceptance of new instruments and equipment, as well organize/conduct the acceptance of consumables;
• Finish other tasks assigned by your manager, in a quality and timely fashion.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject, such as textile and garment engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience in a field related to lab testing of textile lab management
• A working knowledge of textile testing regulations, including ISO17025/12870/12312 testing standards and lab product standards
• Have a good command of both spoken and written English.

• Skilled at monitoring and managing knowledge training
• Great at working under pressure
• An excellent team player with strong communication skills
