• Conduct QC checks including weight verification, concentrate placement, and visual inspection.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues such as clogs or dosing irregularities.

• Accurately measure and stage all ingredients including water, flavor concentrates, sweeteners, and cannabinoid emulsions/distillate.

• Adjust formulation variables as directed by the Lead Technician or Production Manager.

• Execute sanitary transfer of finished bulk beverage to packaging or holding tanks while maintaining strict food safety protocols.

• Maintain complete and accurate batch production records documenting inputs, outputs, yields, and QC results.

• Accurately perform all material transformations and transfers in internal inventory systems and the state tracking platform (e.g., Metrc).

• Adhere to all GMP, sanitation SOPs, and food safety requirements.

• Perform full Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures on beverage systems.

• Maintain detailed cleaning logs for infusion equipment and lab areas.

• Maintain physical control and security of concentrated materials and bulk finished goods.

• Maintain consistent attendance and production readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating automated production equipment required.

• Demonstrated ability to operate, program, and maintain production machinery (infusion systems, mixing tanks, pumps).

• Strong quantitative skills, including recipe scaling, unit conversions (mg → g → mL), and yield reconciliation.

• Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate production documentation.

• Experience using a state cannabis tracking system (e.g., Metrc) strongly preferred.

• Ability to pass a state-mandated background check.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed and work in warehouse-style environments.
