1. Production Support for Cash/Trade applications

2. Investigate & resolve problems related to problems in existing systems in order to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems

3. Liaise with ITIP/Infrastructure teams to ensure proper system configurations and hardware performance efficiencies

4. Enhancements - Study user requirements, prepare functional specifications, SIT testing and coordinate implementation inline with Group standards and regulatory requirements to meet user (business) requirements

5. Provide support in shifts(24x7), on call support for weekday/weekend support & special support for ISPL holidays (on need basis)

6. Implement & follow APS processes for Production Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Change Requests.

7. Contribute towards ensuring DR readiness of all production applications

8. Contribute towards resolving Hardware, Software & Application related security vulnerabilities

9. Manage housekeeping, upgrades, installation, backup/restore & adherence to DR plans so as to ensure smooth functioning of existing systems.

10. Establish secure, flexible and scalable applications for BNP Paribas.

11. Work with IT Security, ITIP L3 & Vendor team for mitigating security vulnerabilities.

12. Technical skills Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix. Understanding of web based applications a must.
