Job Description

Gerresheimer Querétaro S.A. en México produce envases primarios de vidrio para uso farmacéutico. Se fabrica vidrio Tipo I en presentaciones transparente y ámbar. Su amplio portafolio de productos incluye ampolletas, viales para suero, viales de rosca, jeringas listas para llenar y cartuchos.

Coordinar y verificar el cumplimiento de las tareas del personal de empaque, asegurando que todas las actividades se realicen bajo los procedimientos establecidos. Confirmar que los productos terminados cumplan con las especificaciones del cliente y mantener la integridad del producto en cada etapa del proceso de empaque.

• Licenciatura o Ingeniería en áreas afines (Industrial, Mecánica, Química, etc.).
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia previa en rol de liderazgo de equipos.
• Sólido dominio de sistemas de producción y estructuras de calidad.
• Experiencia en BPM / BPD.
• Experiencia previa con sistemas de gestión ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
