Job Description

Propósito del rol

Garantizar el control y aseguramiento de la calidad y la inocuidad en todas las etapas del proceso de fabricación de premezclas, desde la materia prima hasta el producto terminado, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, normativos y de satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades

Definir y asegurar las directrices de calidad e inocuidad en la cadena de valor.

Velar por el cumplimiento de medidas de aseguramiento de calidad e inocuidad, con base en el análisis de riesgos del proceso.

Integrar el proceso de control de calidad con las diferentes áreas de la organización.

Diseñar y ejecutar programas de capacitación en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y aseguramiento de calidad.

Dirigir pruebas rápidas de control, asegurando recursos y funcionamiento de equipos.

Gestionar productos no conformes, devoluciones, quejas y reclamos.

Liderar comités de calidad y acompañar comités de mejoramiento.

Participar en la selección, evaluación y desarrollo de proveedores.

Brindar apoyo técnico a procesos internos que lo requieran.

Requisitos

Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería en Calidad o Productividad, Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería de Procesos, Administración de la Calidad o afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en cargos similares en áreas de calidad. Deseable experiencia en alimentación animal y/o humana.

Idioma: Inglés nivel B1.
