Propósito del rol

Liderar la estrategia global de asuntos regulatorios, asegurando la obtención, mantenimiento y trazabilidad de registros que habiliten el acceso y permanencia de productos en distintos mercados. Esta posición juega un rol clave en garantizar el cumplimiento normativo como base de legitimidad y como habilitador estratégico de negocio, impulsando la transformación digital y regulatoria dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades principales

Definir y liderar la estrategia global de asuntos regulatorios, anticipando riesgos y proponiendo planes de mitigación.

Transformar el área en un habilitador de negocio mediante innovación, automatización y analítica.

Asegurar la obtención, mantenimiento y renovación de registros de productos y materias primas en mercados nacionales e internacionales.

Monitorear cambios regulatorios globales y evaluar su impacto en el negocio y portafolio.

Actuar como interlocutor clave ante autoridades, gremios y foros regulatorios.

Integrar la perspectiva regulatoria en la cadena completa de los negocios.

Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo multicultural de alto desempeño.

Perfil requerido

Formación: Pregrado en Medicina Veterinaria, Química Farmacéutica, Biotecnología, Química o áreas afines.

Maestría en Asuntos Regulatorios, Alta Dirección o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia:

10 a 15 años en áreas regulatorias de farma, nutrición animal o industrias altamente reguladas.

Mínimo 5 años en cargos de liderazgo regional o global.

Experiencia en registro de productos medicamentos, aditivos y alimentos balanceados bajo normativas.

Conocimientos: Normativas internacionales y entes regionales, y sistemas de gestión de calidad y cumplimiento.

Idiomas: Inglés nivel B2.
