We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a KYC & Payouts Specialist!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct timely revision and assessment of outgoing financial transactions.

Executing customer account verifications.

Recognizing abusive gaming patterns.

Performing thorough checks in customer’s statistics to estimate their significance.

Working on improving company product.

Ensure that related software solutions operate effectively and in alignment with processes.

Recommend enhancements to the payouts process for improved efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in English language above B2.

Computer literacy.

Good organizational skills and with great attention to details.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
