Responsibilities / Tasks

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des KVP- und Ideenmanagements am Standort Büchen
• Initiierung, Organisation und Begleitung von Ideenkampagnen, Wettbewerben und Informationsveranstaltungen
• Prozesskoordination und Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Ideen, inkl. Projektplanung
• Schulung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden, Fachgutachter:innen und Stakeholdern
• Analyse, Auswertung und Berichterstattung von Kennzahlen, wie eingereichte Ideen, Umsetzungserfolge und Einsparungen
• Verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Optimierung der „ImproVe“-Plattform sowie lokale Systembetreuung für die Ideenmanagement-Software
• Vernetzung auf globaler Ebene: Austausch von Best Practices und erfolgreichen Ideen zwischen GEA-Standorten

Your Profile / Qualifications

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und zweijährige Weiterbildung (z.B. zum Techniker oder Fachwirt o.ä.) sowie Erfahrung im KVP- und Ideenmanagement
• Erfahrungen im Verbesserungsmanagement und in der Moderation von Gruppen und Teams
• Begeisterung für Ideenmanagement und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer:in mit offener, transparenter Kommunikation
• Freude daran, Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Betriebsrat aktiv einzubinden
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
