Einleitung:
Unser Kunde ist ein inhabergeführtes Tech-Unternehmen mit Fokus auf Cloud-native Plattformen und Kubernetes-Beratung. In interdisziplinären Teams werden komplexe Projekte für Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen umgesetzt – technisch anspruchsvoll, agil und immer am Puls moderner Technologien.

Gearbeitet wird vollständig remote, mit viel Eigenverantwortung, flachen Hierarchien und echter Teamkultur. Wer Plattform-Engineering nicht nur umsetzen, sondern mitgestalten will, findet hier die passende Herausforderung.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Analyse und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen im Kubernetes-Umfeld

• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-nativen Plattformlösungen

• Durchführung von Kunden- und Strategie-Workshops auf technischer & architektonischer Ebene

• Beratung zu Architekturentscheidungen und deren Auswirkungen auf Usability & Betrieb

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachteams (z. B. Security, DevOps, Infrastruktur)

• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Einführung beim Kunden vor Ort oder remote

• Mitgestaltung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Rahmen technischer Beratung

Dein Profil:
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kubernetes / Cloud-native Plattformen

• Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Containertechnologien und -infrastrukturen

• Erfahrung mit der Integration von Kubernetes in komplexe Unternehmensumgebungen

• Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei Hyperscalern (z. B. AWS, Azure, GCP) und idealerweise mehreren Kubernetes-Distributionen (z. B. OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher)

• Technisches Hintergrundwissen rund um Netzwerke, CI/CD, Infrastruktur und Security

• Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln – auch in Workshops auf Enterprise-Niveau

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) und Freude an Teamarbeit & Eigenverantwortung
