We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Dell Boomi to design, develop, and manage integrations between various enterprise systems. This role involves working on end-to-end integration processes, connecting upstream and downstream applications, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integration tools, a solid understanding of APIs and web services, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams. Exposure to HCM or WFM domains will be an added advantage. This position is best suited for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable and efficient integration solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using Dell Boomi or similar platforms
• Build interfaces for upstream and downstream systems ensuring smooth data exchange
• Manage the full integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and scheduling
• Work with third-party systems to enable seamless connectivity and data synchronization
• Utilize Boomi AtomSphere components, connectors, and mapping tools to create efficient workflows
• Develop and implement data transformations using mapping and transformation tools
• Work with REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, and web service architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand integration requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability
• Maintain documentation for integration processes and workflows

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in integration development or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms
• Knowledge of Boomi components, connectors, mapping designer, and transformations
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and web services design
• Experience in HCM or WFM domains (preferred)
• Good understanding of integration architecture and data flow design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients and manage requirements effectively
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in teams
