Kofax Developer (ENG & FR)

We are looking for an Kofax Developer to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of document‑processing applications within a highly demanding and dynamic environment.

You will work closely with business teams, IT support, and external partners to guarantee the reliability of workflows and contribute to the evolution of our document‑management ecosystem.

• Daily monitoring of the health and performance of desktop publishing applications, the GED system, and workflow tools (morning checks, execution of recurring procedures to reprocess rejected items, restarting suspended jobs, and handling all alerts generated by application and server monitoring).

• Validation of the proper functioning of the ADOC application during software updates and infrastructure upgrade operations.

• Analysis and resolution of production incidents.

• Handling support requests from ADOC users.

• Communication of incident‑resolution progress to the reporter and to IT support teams.

• Coordination with the OPS / ITG outsourcing partner for incident reporting and change request management.

• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document‑processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, workload estimation, design and development, application testing, and support for user acceptance).

• Design and development of enhancements to the ADOC document workflow.

• Reporting and tracking of product defects with the KOFAX vendor.

• Daily reporting for business teams (end‑of‑day volumes in the tool, backlog depth, and processed flows), including explanations for any discrepancies.

• Modeling structured documents to improve RAD/LAD recognition rates.

• Analysis of RAD/LAD statistics generated by the INSIGHT component, with proposals for improvement areas.                                                      

• Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight experience — certification is a strong plus.
• Solid hands‑on experience with .NET for workflow customization and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of SQL scripting (queries, debugging, data analysis).
• Good understanding of document‑processing systems, OCR/RPA tools, and workflow‑automation concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Ability to analyse incidents, identify root causes, and propose efficient corrective actions.
• Strong testing mindset, ensuring quality in both operational tasks and development activities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication abilities, especially when interacting with users and support teams.
• Organizational skills to manage priorities in fast‑paced environments.
