Job Purpose

The Knowledge Specialist supports the SQSE organization by creating, maintaining, and updating internal knowledge and onboarding content.
The role is execution-focused and operates under the guidance of the Program Manager to support knowledge management, documentation, and learning content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain internal documentation and learning assets based on qualification outputs and requirements defined by the Program Manager, including Knowledge base articles and/or Learning Units
• Ensure all content complies with SQSE documentation standards, templates, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect inputs and implement internal documentation.
• Support the maintenance and update of onboarding documentation and learning paths for new hires.
• Create and maintain onboarding assets such as guides, checklists, and onboarding hub pages.
• Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders and share improvement opportunities with the Program Manager.
• Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and escalate them when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by applying feedback and proposing incremental enhancements within existing frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to structure information clearly and accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow defined standards and processes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under guidance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Initial experience in documentation, knowledge management, or support environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and training tools (e.g., Confluence, Skilljar, Storyline, Camtasia) or knowledge bases.
• Interest in learning, enablement, or service quality topics.
• Exposure to Support, Technical, or Customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with or interest in Cloud WAF technologies is a plus
