• Create and manage knowledge articles using BMC Remedy
• Manage knowledge articles on a variety of topics, including technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology areas
• Utilize SharePoint and assist with transfer of the knowledge base fully into Remedy
• Identify gaps in the knowledge base and help write out the missing knowledge
• Work with the teams to create training for the various areas as well as self-help options
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education/Training:
• High School Diploma, or equivalent required
• Associate’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience:
• 1+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Experience with BMC Remedy or Microsoft SharePoint
• Demonstrable understanding of technical domains
• Technical knowledge in Networks, Applications, Unified Communications, Servers, or Cloud preferred
• Technical Writing experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
Security:
• Must be a US citizen
• Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
