As a Knowledge Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing knowledge management strategies that enhance information sharing and optimize the use of knowledge across the organization. You will lead initiatives to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge while ensuring that employees have access to the right information when they need it. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement knowledge management strategies and best practices
• Facilitate the development of a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, including documentation, training materials, and best practices
• Analyze knowledge usage and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and share critical knowledge
• Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools and practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to knowledge management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in knowledge management or a related role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Experience in the tech industry or consulting is preferred
• Knowledge of knowledge management frameworks and methodologies is a plus
