At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Knowledge Management & SharePoint Officer to join our UniQue Thye Hague, Netherlands team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
• Maintain and update internal knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint and document management systems), ensuring information is accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible to users.
• Manage, update, and enhance CQO SharePoint portals by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to collect required information and deliver effective, user-focused solutions.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Provide guidance and basic training to staff on knowledge management tools, document management practices, and administrative systems.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in information flow and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and collaboration practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor document filing systems (digital and physical where required), including management of CQO CIS asset inventories, ensuring compliance with organizational and data protection policies.
• Classify, tag, and archive documents in accordance with established taxonomies, metadata standards, and retention schedules.
• Support the preparation of newsletters, internal communications, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Ensure documentation and records comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and information governance policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) and Information Management practices.
• Advanced expertise in SharePoint, including:
• SharePoint site design and development
• Permissions management
• Workflow configuration
• Document management
• Content management
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience designing intuitive and user-friendly SharePoint portals that support effective collaboration and information sharing.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information/Knowledge Management and SharePoint administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills, demonstrated through relevant professional experience within the past five years.
