The Knowledge Management Senior Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that enable the collection, sharing, and utilization of knowledge across the organization. Your expertise will help us cultivate a collaborative culture where insights and information are readily available to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly
• Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge
• Lead training and capacity-building initiatives to foster a knowledge-sharing culture among employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in knowledge management or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful knowledge management initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in knowledge management is a plus
