Role: Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist
Hours: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST
USD Salary: $10-$13 per hour (Open to negotiation based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to support our team in building and scheduling marketing emails in Klaviyo. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our email campaigns are executed on time, look great across devices, and align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule approximately 7 email campaigns per week in Klaviyo.
• Design email layouts that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Segment lists and apply personalization strategies to increase engagement.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to align email content with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and tested across platforms.
• Manage tasks and deadlines through Asana.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working in and out of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).
• Experience using Asana for task management and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, design, segmentation, automation).
• Ability to work during MST hours.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Experience with Postscript (SMS marketing platform).
• Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar).
• Experience with e-commerce and DTC brands
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1)
