Job Description

Independently execute daily packaging of industrial components using various tools and equipment. Work with the Team Lead and Supervisor on projects that develop the business. Mentor team members in executing standard work and provide input to reduce risk and safety related items. Demonstrate proficiency in LEAN tools and techniques to independently resolve issues. Interpret data and outputs to improve performance. Ensure accurate components are packaged and data is captured timely. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.

Requirements:
Operational Excellence:

· Lean & CI: Be proficient in concepts and application of LEAN tools.

· Standard Work: Follow and mentor others in executing standard work.

· Training: Independently train others in required tasks.

· Problem Solving: Apply basic techniques to resolve issues and escalate.

Equipment Operations and Maintenance:

· MHE: Independently operates and completes daily inspections of all MHE responsible for.

· Execution: Follow and mentor others in executing equipment procedures.

· Maintenance: Apply basic techniques to resolve issues and escalate.

Data and Technology:

· Controls: Be proficient in equipment operations and adjustments as required.

· Reaction Plan: Lead staff to ensure proper steps are taken when a reaction plan is required.

· Analytics: Be proficient in the ability to interpret data and outputs.

Performance Execution:

· KPI's: Follow and mentor others in driving performance related to all KPIs.

· Utilization: Be proficient in understanding workload planning and organization to improve throughput.

· Customer Requirements: Be proficient in independently adhering to and holding accountable processes and performance to meet standards.

EH&S Stewardship:

· Safety: Lead others in executing and improving on safety-related items.

· Awareness: Lead contributions towards reduction of risk and impact operations may have on surroundings.

· Waste Elimination: Independently works to drive waste elimination activities.

Pay: $16- per hour,

1st shift Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
