Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings of the hotel facilities and staff housing complex.
Performs preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers on a daily basis.
Monitoring of kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers status.
Report and coordinate to duty engineer materials needed for preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
Communicate with engineering management and team leader with regards to possible improvements to increase efficiency.
Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
