About the role:

• Part Time role available (PPT24 minimum 24 hours per week guaranteed, maximum hours 38 per week)
• Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times. 
• Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment
• Recycling and removal of rubbish
• Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
• Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
• Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
• Work on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays.

A bit about you:

You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:

• Great energy and a “Find the YES!” positive attitude.
• Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
• Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
• Experience in a similar role is ideal
• You might be a Commerical Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experience
• You hold valid working rights for Australia
