Job Title:        Kitchen Porter
Location:        Crown Quarter, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford.
Reports to:        Head Chef/Sous Chef

Crown Quarter is on the lookout for a Kitchen Porter to join our fast-paced and dynamic kitchen team. Our modern and stylish environment is known for serving beautifully crafted dishes made from the finest locally sourced Wexford produce.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Ensuring all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and service ware are cleaned to the highest standard.
•    Taking responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring a hygienic and safe workspace.
•    Supporting the kitchen team in upholding HACCP food safety standards.
•    Working efficiently as part of a tight-knit team.
•    Adhering to company policies on Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, and Security.
•    Being available to work evenings and weekends as required.

•    Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
