• Carry out operation shift duty
• Work closely with Housekeeping to carry out routine maintenance program
• Make periodic inspection tours to check all operation equipment functioning properly
• Keep all working tools in good condition.
• In case of emergency should report to work immediately
• Maintain operation log sheet and to review with Engineering supervisor /Assit. Chief Engineer.
• Work closely with peers to assist in their jobs when requested by Assistant Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor
• Follow maintenance and cleaning schedule strictly for Kitchen and Laundry equipments.
• Follow safety rules and regulations on the job, departmental procedures
• Attain all departmental meeting and training classes
• Keep informed daily work progress
• Develop skills through training and hands on experience
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

• College diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 4-5 years of similar experience
• Past experience of working in the Maldives
• Good in reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
