YOUR ROLE AS A KITCHEN HELPER

As Kitchen Help you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent quality in a busy hotel kitchen. You will help manage orders and ensure that products are not accepted without approval.

You will maintain the highest standards in daily preparations and stay up to date with new products, recipes, and cooking techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Managing and supporting kitchen staff in daily food preparation

• Enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards

• Monitoring the quality and progress of kitchen processes

• Ensuring sufficient stock at your workstation

• Contributing to a positive and flexible working atmosphere

• Optimizing cooking processes with a focus on speed and quality

• Good knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen processes, and food safety

• You can run your section independently, from preparation to finishing on the plate
