We’re growing our kitchen teams and are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join us across odd saint and Margo’s.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly, and wants to be part of two of Queenstown’s most vibrant dining venues.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.

You will:

Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas.

Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are consistently met.

Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.

Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-organised during service.

Assist with stock rotation and storage following food safety guidelines.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential - attitude and reliability are key.
