Requirements:
• Monitor and control kitchen-related purchasing and inventory to ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze food costs and identify opportunities to optimize expenditures.
• Prepare detailed reports on kitchen costs and financial performance.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to align purchasing with menu demands and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting for kitchen expenses.
• Communicate findings and suggestions clearly to management and culinary teams.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cost control within kitchen or food and beverage departments.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
