As a Kitchen Cost Controller at Porto Carras, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the costs associated with kitchen operations. Requirements:
• Monitor and control kitchen-related purchasing and inventory to ensure accurate cost tracking.

• Prepare detailed reports on kitchen costs and financial performance.
