The Opportunity:

As a Supply Health Specialist - Key Accounts Operations, your will be daily checking of supply health to identify troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions based on your findings to help achieve the key objectives of Key Accounts Team.

In this Role, you’ll get to:


Perform daily checks on supply health and investigate root causes for underperformance


Support requests from Commercial Team and identify areas for optimization.


Use out of the box thinking to develop and implement solutions for unique challenges.


Improve team operational processes and manage supporting resources


Be proactive in identifying issues, recognizing the patterns of a problem and collaborate with other stakeholders to provide short/medium/long term solutions;


Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:


Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail


Fresh graduates are welcome


Investigative skill to quickly identifying issues and opportunities


Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint


Be a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic


Adapts well to and is energized by change


Is creative and Innovative


Experience in Internet, E-Commerce, technology or travel industry experience is a plus


Working knowledge and fluency with SQL is a plus


Strong skills in documenting processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
