Job Description
• Provide key account support by assisting with planogram updates, ranging templates, supplier communication, and other tasks that streamline finance and billing workflows.
• Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including receiving, verifying, and coordinating timely approvals.
• Coordinate rebate processes, including recharge management, reconciliation, and payment activities, as well as issuing purchase and sales orders.
• Support financial operations by managing cash collection with stores, resolving direct debit issues, and assisting transactional finance teams with administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst teams to prepare sales reports and quarterly/yearly channel variance insights for meetings and retailer reporting needs.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Prior experience within a global organization and/or experience in Electronic Payments, Financial Services or a related industry.
• Proven experience in sales support, 2-3 years preferred
• Proven track-record of achievements in billing invoices and payments management.
• Clear written and oral English, with effective communication skills
