About the role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be instrumental in growing revenue within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint across the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling of staffing solutions
Conduct regular client reviews and business meetings to understand evolving needs and align service delivery accordingly
Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of client requirements
Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership
Identify and escalate risks to account health, implementing mitigation strategies to protect client relationships
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing in line with company guidelines
Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and competitor activity to position Ambition 24Hours as the partner of choice
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a key account management, business development, or client services role
Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts in a service or staffing environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
Experience in the healthcare, staffing, or recruitment industry is advantageous
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
