The Key Account Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of our brands across the South Caribbean countries and islands by leading commercial strategies together with our distributor partner, who execute the route to market and ensure product availability for end consumers. The role is accountable for the sales performance of 15+ markets and plays a key role in supporting consistent execution, commercial discipline, and market growth across the region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receive and acknowledge monthly orders from distributors.

• Actively seek monthly and quarterly orders from distributors to achieve sales targets.

• Receive, prepare, and follow up on distributor claims on a monthly basis in coordination with Logistics.

• Share finalized credits with distributors in a timely manner.

• Update TMI and BMI claims summary files on a monthly basis.

• Coordinate and update prices within internal systems, ensuring accurate application to the correct accounts.

• Maintain, update, and share order forms and price lists with distributors, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 5–8 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within FMCG companies.

• Experience working with distributor partners and managing multiple export markets.

• Knowledge of commercial dynamics in the South Caribbean region.

• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales performance.

• Customer-service oriented, collaborative, and resilient, with a hands-on mindset.
