Role: Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Advanced Surgery Sales Rep which is responsible for driving new account development and/or expanding existing accounts including current and future Advanced products within an established geographic territory.
You will be responsible for:
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers including surgeons, nurse’s operating room staff and hospital administration.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies with focus at the local and regional levels to defend and expand product portfolio.
• Maintaining and increasing on label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite, in-servicing and educational presentations Throughout the various surgical specialties
• Monitoring product sales and work closely with Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Attending regional and local Surgical Conferences.
• Providing feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance profitability of sales line.
• Work closely with other sales representatives to increase penetration of products in accounts.
• Creating, owning and promoting marketing events supporting the sales targets
• Full responsibility for sales targets
Qualifications:
• The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in surgical specialties. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device/healthcare preferably within an operating room environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Sales experience in hospital environment: solid experience in hospital sales; understands healthcare systems and stakeholder dynamics; builds strong relationships with medical professionals and decision-makers; effectively navigates complex sales cycles.
• Tender & Public Procurement Knowledge: Understanding processes and public procurement requirements; prepares accurate and competitive offers; ensures compliance with regulations; manages tender timelines and documentation effectively.
• Good communicative level of English

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 144 000,00 PLN Annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
